There are many off the shelf solutions that solve most business problems effectively and efficiently. But, there’s always something unique to your business model that requires individualised attention.
Repetitive and/or error prone things should be automated. This reduces error rates, minimizes the time it takes for data to be up-to-date and actionable and often reduces staffing costs over a period of time.
Numbers are good but rising and falling lines impress people. Reports that match your organisations individual reporting needs can be a real timesaver and assist in making difficult decisions with clarity.
Often an off the shelf solution can be identified, compared to alternatives and ultimately implemented, I’m more than happy to assist in identify appropriate solutions.
Some things are far more cost effective to simply do manually, but occasionally the manual process can be improved.
